1. About the Service

Warden Trading (the “Service”) is an online platform that provides market data analytics, order book visualizations, and related informational tools for cryptocurrency markets. The Service is accessible at warden.trading.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your country of residence. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable to you, including any restrictions on cryptocurrency-related services in your jurisdiction.

4. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@warden.trading of any unauthorized access.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance for the subscription period selected at checkout (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual). Payments are processed by third-party cryptocurrency payment providers; we do not store payment details on our servers.

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and paid in the cryptocurrency accepted by the payment provider at the exchange rate determined by that provider at the time of payment. Your subscription activates after the payment is confirmed on the relevant blockchain network.

6. Refund Policy

All subscription fees are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription period begins, fees paid for that period are not refundable in whole or in part, whether or not you use the Service during that period.

Technical disruption credit. If the Service experiences continuous, Service-wide downtime exceeding 24 hours within a billing period attributable to Warden Trading, you may contact support@warden.trading to request a prorated credit extension of your subscription. Credits are issued at the sole discretion of Warden Trading and are not issued as monetary refunds.

Cryptocurrency refunds. Where a refund or credit is exceptionally issued as a payment rather than a subscription extension, it is paid in the same cryptocurrency and nominal amount as the original payment. Exchange-rate fluctuations between the original payment and the refund are not compensated, and network transaction fees associated with the refund are deducted from the refunded amount.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or sublicense access to your account or the Service.
• Use automated means (scrapers, bots) to extract data from the Service beyond any officially provided APIs.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful activity or in violation of applicable sanctions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, visual design, text, logos, and analytics output, is owned by Warden Trading and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes during your active subscription.

9. No Financial Advice — Risk Disclaimer

The Service provides informational market data and analytical tools only. Nothing provided by the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument or cryptocurrency.

Cryptocurrency trading involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance, signals, and indicators do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and the associated outcomes. You should consult an independent financial advisor before making any trading or investment decision.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Warden Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including trading losses, lost profits, or data loss, arising from or related to your use of the Service. In any event, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, through an in-product notice or email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using in-app account deletion, where available. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or legal/regulatory reasons. Upon termination, active paid periods are not refunded, subject to Section 6.

14. Disputes and Applicable Law

The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct communication with support at support@warden.trading. Where such resolution is not possible, the consumer-protection laws applicable to you in your country of residence shall govern your relationship with the Service, to the extent they apply.
