Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 17, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Warden Trading (the “Service”, “we”, “our”) collects, uses, retains, and shares information when you use warden.trading.

2. Data We Collect

Account data

  • Email address (for login, billing notifications, password recovery, support communication).
  • Password in hashed form (we never store or have access to your plaintext password).
  • Subscription status and billing plan.

Technical data

  • IP address, stored in server access and security logs for abuse prevention.
  • User-agent string, browser type, and approximate device category.
  • Session tokens and authentication cookies (first-party, strictly necessary).

Payment data

Payments are processed by third-party cryptocurrency payment providers. We receive confirmation that a payment has been made, together with metadata necessary to match the payment to your account (e.g., order identifier, amount, currency, network). We do not store wallet private keys, card numbers, or any payment-method credentials.

Communication data

When you contact support, we store the content of your messages together with your email address in order to handle your request and for quality assurance.

3. How We Use Data

  • To create and operate your account and deliver the features you subscribe to.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, abuse, and security incidents.
  • To communicate with you about your account, important Service notices, and your support requests.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling, and we do not share your data with advertising or analytics networks.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Where applicable data-protection law (such as the EU GDPR) requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on:

  • Performance of a contract — to provide the Service you subscribe to.
  • Legitimate interests — to secure the Service against abuse and to operate it reliably.
  • Legal obligation — where processing is required by law.
  • Consent — where you have given it (for example, optional communications).

5. Data Retention

  • Account data — retained for the life of your account. Upon deletion of your account, account data is retained for up to 30 days as a grace period and then permanently erased, except where longer retention is required by law.
  • Security and access logs (including IP addresses) — retained for 30 days, then automatically deleted.
  • Billing records — retained for the period required by applicable accounting, tax, and anti-money-laundering laws.
  • Support correspondence — retained for up to 12 months after the ticket is closed.

6. Third Parties

We share the minimum data necessary with the following categories of service providers:

  • Cryptocurrency payment processors — to accept and confirm payments.
  • Email delivery providers — to deliver transactional messages such as password resets and billing notifications.
  • Infrastructure providers — to host the Service and run supporting databases.

These providers are bound by their own contractual and legal obligations to protect your data and may only process it for the purposes necessary to provide their services to us.

7. Cookies

We use only first-party, strictly necessary cookies required for authentication and session continuity. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including password hashing, transport-layer encryption (HTTPS/WSS), access controls, and logging. However, no method of transmission or storage is fully secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact support@warden.trading. We respond within 3 business days.

10. International Transfers

Our infrastructure and service providers may be located in multiple countries. Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where required by applicable law.

11. Children

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notifying you through an in-product notice or email.

13. Contact

Questions, requests, or complaints regarding this Privacy Policy should be sent to support@warden.trading.
